PA Unemployment Delinquent Rates Generated in Error

PA UC Contribution Rate notices have now been mailed for 2012. 
 
Delinquent rates were issued to some companies even though all quarter tax returns were filed on time and tax payments were made.
 
The PA UC new computer system caused an additional 3% to be added to many companies 2012 tax rate in error.
 
We are in the process of working directly with the Unemployment office to correct the rates for those clients that have been assigned an incorrect rate.
