PA SUI Issues Delinquent Tax Letters - Some In Error!!

On 7-31-12, the Labor & Industry Department, (unemployment office) sent out letters titled
“PENNSYLVANIA UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION
STATEMENT OF ACCOUNT”
 
Some of these letters were sent out in error and may not be correct.
 
If you receive one of these letters, please fax us a copy. We will research whether or not you actually owe any additional amount.
